WHAT WORKED!

Paradiso is the first apartment project from the house of SyamaDynamic. The company has diverse business interests and is well known in North India but Kerala is a difficult market to compete in, when home grown builders are plenty and well respected.

We needed Malayalis to recognize SyamaDynamic as a responsible builder who is here to stay, so usual mediums wouldn't have given them the necessary spotlight. That's how we devised a virtual reality based walk through for Paradiso - the first of its kind in the market. This gave an opportunity to the sales executives to directly meet potential buyers in the comfort of their home and give them a close-to-reality experience of the product. As for the general public, everyone wanted an experience with a virtual reality gear gaining us easy access to the crowds. We got them to see, experience and remember the brand name.

Get personal
